Now, in 2009, Sunrise Diving have joined forces with a Phuket day trip boat company and a transportation company to become "Thailand Divers", a 100% European owned and managed PADI 5 Star National Geographic Instructor Development Center, offering the full range of recreational, professional and technical diving courses by PADI and DSAT.

Our new, three-storey, fully air-conditioned dive centre in central Patong is conveniently located near to all the major hotels, shopping centre and other amenities.

Inside, we have two large, boardroom-style classrooms equipped with wide-screen TVs and Apple Macs for multimedia presentations; a comfortable quiet area for relaxing or private study; plus a spacious sales area stocked with well-known brands including ScubaPro, Mares, OMS, Aqualung and Suunto. Free WiFi internet is also available to customers.

Our staff are all certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors (or above) and have many years of diving and teaching experience from all over the world. All the scuba equipment used for courses and fun diving is of the highest quality and regularly replaced or serviced to maintain the high level of safety expected at Thailand Divers.

Our new day trip boat has a capacity of 40 people but we only allow a maximum of 25 divers on-board to allow greater comfort and safety. The boat has a large dive deck with plenty of room for kitting-up and a big dive platform for easy entry and exit from the water. It is also equipped with an oxygen-clean compressor to allow custom mixes of Nitrox to be blended onboard- ideal for technical diving.
